Research/Special Interests

For two months in the fall of 2011 and for six weeks in the summer of 2012 in Brussels, Belgium and Strasbourg, France he conducted dissertation field research examining the relationship between dissent management and dissent levels within party groups in the European Parliament. He conducted 84 interviews targeting MEPs and senior staff plus multiple observations of political party group and other legislative meetings normally closed to the public. He has since presented and published papers regarding the condition of Democracy in Europe.

Work Experience

Dr. Kroh began his 果冻传媒 career as a lecturer in 2015 and was promoted to Senior Lecturer in 2021. He previously taught for the University of Wisconsin (UW) Marathon and UW Marshfield from 2013-2015, and prior to that for various schools in the Greater Kansas City area. In addition, he has taught for Duke University’s Talent Identification Program (TIP), a program for academically-gifted students grades 7-10, over various summers; and he taught for the University of Kansas study abroad program in Florence Italy and Paris, France in the spring of 2010.

Born in Kansas City, KS, attending Bishop Ward high school. Formerly active in various political campaigns and employed by Kansas House Democratic Caucus, KS Department of Labor, and KS Housing Corporation.
