Delay Notice

With the delays with USPS, postal mail has taken as long as six weeks to reach ��ý. Due to this, we highly recommend you use the online payment methods, which include the ability to pay directly from your bank account as well as credit/debit card payment options.

Spring 2025 Semester Deadlines

Spring 2025 Invoices Available - October 31, 2024

Registered on or before November 30, 2024?
Fee Payment Deadline - December 13, 2024

Payment is due by 3 p.m. on this date. Please review your student invoice in Banner prior to the listed payment deadlines. Be aware that your fees may differ from semester to semester based on class selection/location. Do not assume your financial aid will automatically cover your entire bill. You must pay the balance not covered by pending financial aid.

Students with an unpaid balance at this time will have a $75.00 late fee added to your account.
Drop for Non-Payment - January 10, 2025

Classes will be dropped at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 10, 2025 for all students registered on or before November 30, 2024 with an outstanding balance.

If classes are dropped, the student may re-enroll in full session classes & first short session classes starting January 13, 2025.

Registered on or after December 1, 2024?

Payment Deadline - January 17, 2025

Students will be subject to a removal for non-payment at 3 p.m., Friday, January 17, 2025 for all students registered with an outstanding balance beyond pending financial aid payments. Financial aid memo credits covering balances will prevent classes from being removed.

Removal for Non-Payment Deadline - Second Short Session, March 18, 2025, 5:30 p.m.

Students taking only classes for the Second Short Session for Spring 2025 should review their invoices and make payment by 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2025. Any student having an outstanding balance beyond pending financial aid payments will be removed from their classes at that time for non-payment. Financial aid memo credits covering balances will prevent classes from being removed.

Registered on or before June 30, 2024?

Classes will be dropped at noon on Friday, August 9, 2024 for all students registered on or before June 30, 2024 with an outstanding balance.

Registered after July 1, 2024?

Fee Payment Deadline - August 16, 2024 for students with outstanding balances for any Fall 2024 courses.

Students will be subject to a removal for non-payment at 3:00 p.m., Friday, August 16, 2024 for all students registered with an outstanding balance beyond pending financial aid payments. Financial aid memo credits covering balances will prevent classes from being removed.

Removal for Non-Payment Deadline - Second Short Session, October 8, 2024, 5:30 p.m.

Students taking only classes for the Second Short Session for Fall 2024 should review their invoices and make payment by 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 8, 2024. Any student having an outstanding balance beyond pending financial aid payments will be removed from their classes at that time for non-payment. Summer 2024 Semester Deadlines

Registered On or Before April 30, 2024?

Fee Payment Deadline - May 3, 2024

Late fees will be assessed at 3 p.m. Friday, May 3, 2024 at the rate of $6 per credit hour to all students registered on or before April 30, 2024 with an outstanding balance.

Drop for Non-Payment - May 17, 2024

Schedules will be dropped for all students registered on or before April 30, 2024 with an outstanding balance at Noon Friday, May 17, 2024.

Registered On or After May 1, 2024?

Fee Payment Deadline - May 24, 2024 for students with outstanding balances for any Summer 2024 Session (Maymester, First Short, Second Short, or Full).

Students will be subject to a removal for non-payment at Noon on Friday, May 24, 2024 for all students registered with an outstanding balance.

Registered Only for the 2nd Short Session?

Payment Deadline – July 2, 2024 for students with outstanding balances for Second Short Summer Session 2024.

Students will subject to a removal for non-payment 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2024 for all students registered with an outstanding balance.

Students removed from their schedules for non-payment will be required to submit a Petition to Reinstate Course Form. Students must complete this form for each course separately. Payment of the term balance is due in full as well as payment of a $75.00 late registration fee is required.
