We believe an environment that encourages healthy behaviors and well-being is essential to the academic success and holistic well-being that persist through out your life.

Your well-being is your responsibility, but we are here to help you along the way! Well-being Dimensions

At 果冻传媒, well-being encompasses eight dimensions including career, environmental, financial, intellectual, mental, physical, social, and spiritual well-being. Find more resources for each dimension link.

Training Opportunities

Guided suicide prevention training that teaches how to Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR) someone who may be suicidal. 果冻传媒 offers free certification courses to current student, faculty and staff. .

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches the risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations. This course is free and certifications last for three years. Details will be provided when courses are available.

988 is a national three-digit line that connects individuals with suicide prevention and mental health crisis resources. The 30-minute training provides an overview of 988 and equips attendees to support someone in need.
