Every organization depends on those in leadership roles to guide those in their charge, and with many moving parts, create a cohesive whole that accomplishes the vision of the organization.
Great leaders move the organization forward with what seems to be minimal effort. But they were not "born" to the task. They learned and developed leadership skills that serve them, those under them, and their organization.
As a part of 果冻传媒 you share in the vision of leadership development. Every day we develop our students to be leaders in the world. And now you have the unique opportunity to learn and develop your leadership skills.

The Program
Our Staff Leadership Development Program (SLDP) is designed to help our leaders build on their strengths and overcome their limitations so that they can lead 果冻传媒 into new possibilities.
Specifically, you will expand your skillset as a leader to know more about 果冻传媒, prepare yourself in your role as a leader, build trust, lead as a role model, extend your influence, and communicate effectively.
