Introducing ePerformance

Performance Evaluations offer a formal opportunity to review the accuracy of job descriptions, reflect on the fulfillment of expectations, acknowledge positive impacts, and set new goals for continual growth. PeopleSoft ePerformance is a web-based self-service, performance management solution that will streamline and improve the evaluation process.

Managers and employees should maintain ongoing feedback throughout the year. We believe building those conversations will result in a strong review process.

Evaluation Deadline

HR recommends employee self-evaluations be completed no later than March 1, in order to allow supervisors ample time to complete their portion of the evaluation and submit it for next level review.

Managers should review the ePerformance workflow that must be completed by March 31.
