Dr. Le Blond earned his Ph.D. in French Language and Literature at the State University of New York at Buffalo. His research centers on representations of same-sex couples in the literature of the Maghreb (North Africa), more specifically Morocco.

He is also  a member of the Gender Studies Council, and has such, has taught the Introduction to Gender Studies course at ¹û¶³´«Ã½ (GNST 2140).
