Vehicle Registration
Annual Parking Permits are required to park at 果冻传媒. These permits expire on the night before August 1 each year and must be activated to park at 果冻传媒 for the following year. Permits are virtual and verified by license plate. Activate your permit and link your vehicle(s) online from the . Online activation for Annual Parking Permits for the current academic year opens on August 1, 2024.
Any parking fines, visitor, and vendor passes will not be affected by activating a permit.
Linked vehicle license plates must be visible from the driver lane at all times. If you would like to reverse into a parking space, you will need to either have a state-issued front license plate or a custom 果冻传媒-issued forward plate (purchased from 果冻传媒 Parking Services) registered in your parking account.

How to Register a Vehicle
1. Use your 果冻传媒 username and password to login to the
Student Example:
Login: jtdoe1234 (first letter of first name, first letter of middle name, first four letters of last name, last four of your student ID number).
Current Password or Initial Password if not changed yet: Last four digits of SSN plus two digit day of your birthday. Enter a 0 (zero) as the first digit of your day of birth if you were born on a day between the 1st and the 9th. Enter four 0’s (zeros) if you did not provide your SSN to the University.
Faculty/Staff Example: Use your username and password that you use for your computer login.
2. After a successful login, read the Terms of Use and click “I Agree” then you’ll arrive at the home screen.
3. Select Permits type and click “Next”
4. Click “Add a Vehicle”
5. Enter correct vehicle information (Plate, State, Year, Make, Model and Color) and click “Add Vehicle”.
6. If adding multiple vehicles, be sure to follow the “Add a Vehicle” step for each, and click “Next” then click “Add Permit to Cart”.
7. Check box to indicate service terms are agreeable.
8. Verify correct email address is shown and click “Checkout”
