The Nighthawk Navigator peer coaches are upperclassmen who are trained to work in partnership with our professional Academic Success Coaches. Peer coaching is a focused meeting between a Navigator and a student with the purpose of providing tools important to academic success. Peer coaching is NOT subject specific; rather, it focuses on skills and strategies for more effective learning in any course.

- Impart strategies for studying, learning, and test-taking at the college level
- Provide a focus on academic goal achievement
- Demonstrate ways they manage time, tasks, and organization
- Connect students to relevant resources
What are the Benefits of Peer Coaching?
A student who engages in peer coaching will receive:
