Carmen is an Academic Advisor at the University of North Georgia on the Gainesville campus. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Retail Management from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. Carmen began working in higher education in 2018 at Georgia Southern University as an academic advisor in the College of Engineering and Computing. Her experience advising at Georgia Southern, led her to continue advising at the University of North Georgia. She enjoys working alongside students to help them achieve their educational and career goals. When not in the office, Carmen might be spending time with her husband and enjoying a cup of coffee.
