Select ""
Select "Prepare for Registration"
Select your desired semester/year and submit.

Fall 2024 Schedule
Continuing/Active Undergraduate Students

Registration for Fall 2024 will open March 28 for continuing students (students who last attended Summer 2024, Spring 2024, or Fall 2023) and will be based on student overall earned credit hours.

Registration will remain open until August 8, except for intermittent periods of required closing (please check your registration time ticket for available registration periods).

Graduate Students

Registration for Fall 2024 will open March 25 for all Graduate students.

Cross-Campus Registration (Undergraduate Students only)

From March 28 – April 17, Gainesville, Cumming, Blue Ridge, and Oconee students are permitted to cross-register for Gainesville, Cumming, Blue Ridge, and Oconee classes but will not be permitted to register for Dahlonega classes except in specified programs and courses, and Dahlonega students will only be permitted to register for Dahlonega classes in most programs.

From April 18 – August 16, students seeking a Bachelor’s degree will be permitted to register for courses offered at any campus.

Fall 2024 Add/Drop Dates

Full Session: August 12-16 (ends at 3 pm..)

First Half Session: August 12-13

Second Half Session: October 7-8

eCore Full Session: August 19-21 (Add), August 19-23 (Drop)

eCore Short Session I: August 19-21 (Add), August 19-23 (Drop)

New Degree/Certificate Seeking Students

Registration will open during your orientation session.

Non-Degree, Non-Certificate, Amendment 23, and Transient Students

Registration will begin August 12 at 7:30 a.m.

View the approved course list for those non-degree and non-certificate seeking students who have not earned a bachelor's degree. Please note that this list will not apply to transient students or students who have already earned a bachelor’s degree.

Post-Baccalaureate/Re-Admitted Degree and Certificate Seeking Students

Registration will begin April 11 at 7:30 a.m.

TAP Students

Registration will begin August 5 at 7:30 a.m.

Spring 2025 Schedule

Holds

Please be sure to check for any holds. All student holds should be resolved prior to registration.

Maximum Hours/Course Loads

The maximum number of hours for which anyone will be able to register will be 20 credit hours in the spring and fall (16 hours in the summer) except for those students with learning support or CPC requirements, or those students not in good academic standing. These students will have a maximum of 17 credit hours (spring and fall).
