Being hosted in person at the University of North Georgia - Gainesville campus, the Mid-Atlantic Regional Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl competition is a one-day, multi-institutional collegiate competition held in partnership with the Association of Practical and Professional Ethics (APPE).

Teams compete in a debate-style competition around 15 regional cases published annually in September. There are four main rounds, a semi-finals round, and a final round within the competition to determine the top teams that will advance to the national competition sponsored by APPE. 

Registration opens September 5, 2024 and each school is allocated one team and must pay the APPE Regional Registration Fee of $130 before registering for the regional competition. The Mid-Atlantic Regional has an additional registration fee.
