Capstone and Directing II Production Classes Only
- Location Requests
After your project has been greenlit, if your production requires on-campus locations, you must complete the first (before submitting the Production Request Form). Once all of your locations have been secured/approved, you may proceed to step 2:
- Production Requests
While you are in pre-production and planning ahead, you may want to consider obtaining insurance for rented gear; otherwise you must complete the at least two weeks prior to your scheduled filming days, but after your locations have been secured.
- Equipment Requests
In order to reserve the gear you need:
- You must have secured your locations via the Location Request Form (if filming on campus) and had the D2 Production Request Form approved FIRST, before submitting the .
- All requests must be made at least seven (7) days ahead of requested pickup time.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your request is approved.
- Documentation Verification
As soon as your Equipment Request has been approved, you may submit your Cast & Crew List, Day 1 Call Sheet, and Filming Schedule (three separate documents, preferably all in .pdf format); however, if you do not submit all three documents and receive approval from your professor at least 24 hours before the approved check-out time, your production may be in danger of postponement or cancellation altogether. Directing I Production Class Only

- Equipment Requests
In order to reserve the equipment package provided to you by your professor:
- You must have secured your locations and had the D1 Production Request Form approved first, before submitting the .
- All requests (including check-out and check-in times) must be made at least 48 hours ahead of requested pickup time.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your request is approved.
- Documentation Verification
