Remote Work Toolbox for Faculty and Staff

Duo Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a Must

果冻传媒 2FA setup is required in order to be able to access most of the features available for remote work. You are encouraged to set up Duo 2FA on more than one phone in case you don't have your mobile phone with you or are not at your office phone.

You can use the Manage Devices feature to add, remove, or change the devices available for 2FA. When logging in, you can choose the line where Duo will send the authentication request, be it smart phone app, SMS text message, or phone call depending on which method you choose.

How Can I Save Files Remotely?

There are two options for saving files while working remotely.

  1. You can also save files to the cloud-based application offered through the Microsoft suite. Since the files are stored in the cloud they can be accessed from any device at any time. OneDrive can even be used to upload docs from within eLearning.
  2. Saving files to your personal drive (P:) or the U drive will ensure that your files will be waiting for you on your desktop computer at work when you need them.
