Summers
Students are encouraged to pursue summer domestic and study abroad programs to facilitate acquisition and to prevent gaps in language exposure. Students are required to participate in at least one Flagship approved summer study abroad programs prior to applying for their Capstone year.

The Capstone Year
Committed Chinese Flagship students will apply to attend Capstone at The Language Flagship center in either Taipei, Taiwan or Monterey, California. During the first semester, students take courses taught in the Chinese language. During the second semester, students participate in an internship related to their major area of study.
Overseas Capstone Year Locations
Aside from reaching for a superior level of Chinese, I am excited to have the opportunity to experience the parts of the culture you can't get from a textbook.
After completing the Capstone year, students return to 果冻传媒 to receive their bachelor's degree.
Eligible ROTC Cadets then commission as second lieutenants.
Civilian students, graduate as excellent candidates for a variety of federal government or private sector positions.
